It’s been far too long since there was a Mars bar post around here. It’s also been far too long since I made brownies. The last time I made them was September! That just isn’t right. So I decided to finally get round to making Mars bar brownies, which have been on my to-do list for years (I’m not even exaggerating, literally years). Come in, there’s brownies!

I have spent the past few days feeling very sorry for myself. I have picked up some sort of mutant flu (or a bad cold) and my head hurts too much to do anything. Fortunately, before I was struck down with this horrible flu (or bad cold), I made these amazing caramel brownies and so I have been consoling myself by stuffing my face with them. (more…)

Are you a fan of fudgy brownies or cakey brownies? Honestly, I don’t even class cakey brownies as brownies. They are cakes. Small square cakes. But these, these are brownies. Lovely, fudgy toffee brownies. (more…)
